Table Loaf- Whole Wheat and Rye – plain, multi-seed, or raisin-cinnamon-cardamom

Description

Batard shaped hearth loaf.

Always made with organic flour, water, and salt. Sometimes other tasty things.

This weeks variety: 30% whole wheat, 10% whole rye, 70% high extraction wheat. Plain or multi-seed (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, poppy, and golden flax)

Ingredients: Wheat flour, rye flour, water, salt, malted barley flour

Optional- Pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, poppy, and golden flax seeds. These seeds, except for the flax seeds which go on the outside, are soaked overnight to improve digestibility.

Optional- Raisins, cinnamon, and cardamom

All organic.
